Join us in this mindful moments journaling workshop where we will begin with some relaxing breathwork. We will then move into journaling taking some time to reflect on your past 3 months, successes and challenges. We will then move on to set our intentions for the next 3 months and beyond. Finally you will set yourself up for success with some accountable action points getting to the specifics, remember the more doable to action the more likely we are to do it.

 

To conclude the session we will write to our future self to take away and review in 3 months. The session will be rounded off with a short affirmation body scan to really embed our intentions for the coming season. A delicious cup of herbal tea will be provided throughout our journaling with light music and relaxing aromas. Book here, I will contact you to confirm your booking and take payment. Cant wait to see you there!

Join me for some a morning of Mindful Moments to rest & re-set your nervous system and take some time to connect back to self.
The session will start with some brief movement shaking off the summer leading to a grounding breathwork, followed up with an Autumnal body scan inviting in some warm and glowing
intentions for the new season ahead. The session will be wrapped up with an embedding meditation and a nourishing cup of herbal tea.

This session will take place on Yoga Mats so please wear appropriate clothing. Also during a body scan the body can quickly cool down so I suggest bringing layers, blankets, jumpers, socks ect. If you struggle to lay on a yoga mat this session can also take place on a chair.
